Individualized mental health support tailored to your needs and what works for you in therapy. I use a warm, emotion-focused approach combined with evidence based interventions, to help us create space for creativity, wonder and change.

I work with all types of relationships to help transform areas of conflict into opportunities for deeper connection. I bring a calm, curious and respectful approach to my work, taking care that everyone involved is heard and seen. Let's untangle your communication and work to make your relationship stronger than ever.

I work with all kinds of families to help bring better intergenerational understanding and change to existing patterns that are no longer working for your family. I love to help families face their shared challenges together, and in doing so experience lasting positive effects for all.

Therapy can adolescents manage the challenges this time of incredible growth and transitions can bring. I specialize in helping neurodiverse teens thrive, teens struggling with school and academic pressure, adolescents navigating difficult social interactions, identity development, and those who experience anxiety and/or depression.
